Private Group Sessions
I offer hour-long sessions that consist of journaling, meditation, and group conversation. While I have a formula that I feel works well, I’m happy to customize sessions for your specific group (whether that is removing one of those activities or creating something totally novel). I also am flexible with timing — I can tailor my sessions to be as short as 30 minutes and I also have experience curating daylong and weekend retreats. I also have a lot of experience with partnering with other professionals to tailor custom offerings (e.g., rabbis, yoga teachers, art therapists, etc). I have worked with the following types of groups:
-Businesses
-Non profits
-Religious congregations
-Centers for developmental differences
-Athletic clubs
-Medical centers
-Veteran centers
-Schools & Universities
-Therapy clinics
-Wellness festivals
-Families & friend groups
1×1 sessions
I’ve crafted an 8-week meditation plan that builds your routine week by week. I strongly recommend starting with this plan to increase the probability of a successful habit formation. I want to not only teach you how to meditate, but ensure that it will become a consistent part of your life. If that isn’t of interest to you, I also offer standalone meditation sessions with journaling, guided meditation, and conversation. Each session is 50 minutes in length.
