University of Michigan: Presented for students of Dr. Stephen Garcia’s Inside Organizations course, with a focus on implementing meditation in organizations.

Hofstra University: Presented for students of Dr. Sarah Novak’s Social Psychology course, with a focus on clinical & social research on meditation, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, and other relaxation techniques.

Yeshiva University: Presented for students of Dr. Robin Freyburg’s Emotions & Psychology course, with a focus on clinical & social research on meditation, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, and other relaxation techniques.

Wolverine Support Network: Twice presented to University of Michigan’s WSN, a group of students creating an inclusive community and support each other’s identity, mental well-being, and day-to-day lives through peer-facilitated groups and bi-weekly community events.

 

School Settings

Aim High School: Presented to high schoolers at Aim High School, a safe, appropriate, educational environment for teens with Asperger's Syndrome and similar learning styles

Model High School: Presented to high schoolers in Andrea McCoy’s Health Psychology course at Model High School, an affiliate of Bloomfield Hills High School.

Temple Israel: Led a month long meditation seminar for high school students in Temple Israel’s Monday Night School program.

Temple Beth El: Led a month long meditation seminar for high school students in Temple Beth El’s Monday Night School program.

Congregation Shaarey Zedek: Led two meditation sessions for CSZ’s Tuesday Night School students (grades 2-6).

Temple Shir Shalom: Led a meditation session for high school students in Temple Shir Shalom’s Sunday Night School program.

 

Religious & Faith Based Work

Temple Shir Shalom: Twice led an immersive meditation during Yom Kippur, with a focus on observing the physical body during a time of fasting. Also incorporated meditation into four Friday night prayer services during the month of January 2018.

Temple Beth El: Led a meditation during Selichot services, focused on preparing for the High Holy days (also known as Days of Awe).

Temple Israel: Co-led a month long series with Rabbi Josh Bennett focusing on meditation & Mussar, a Jewish spiritual practice that emphasizes how to live an ethical and values-based life.

 

Businesses

Lululemon Ann Arbor: Led a meditation & visioning session for the Lululemon Ann Arbor team. Also led a 150-person community meditation at the store for locals and college students.

Department of Social Services: Led weekly meditation sessions over the course of a year for the Department of Social Services staff in Uniondale, NY (Long Island).

Temple Beth El: Led a meditation & team building session for TBE’s staff retreat.

JCC of Metro Detroit: Led a meditation & team building session for JCC’s marketing team on their staff retreat.

NEXTGen Detroit: Led a meditation session for young professionals with a focus on relieving stress in the workplace.

 

Other Settings

On My Own of Michigan: Developed and led an Introduction to Meditation course at On My Own of Michigan, a nonprofit organization that works to provide independence for adults with developmental disabilities.

North Oakland Anxiety Center: Led a group meditation session at North Oakland Anxiety Center, a Lake Orion based counseling center run by Rebecca Ehle.

Healing Kids Complex: Led an immersive meditation session at the Warrior Moms Pajama Party, a gathering that provides hope and healing to mothers that are trying to recover their complex (special needs) children from their diagnosis.

Barefoot & Free: Led two meditation sessions for attendees at Michigan’s Barefoot & Free, a gathering centered on yoga, conscious evolution, play, and a remembrance of what it feels like to truly feel free.

JCC Metro Detroit: Presented on meditation as a daily practice for seniors at JCC of Metro Detroit.

Franklin Athletic Club: Regularly lead 8-week meditation workshops for members and non-members at Franklin Athletic Club.

MVMNT Cycling: Co-created and co-led “Spin-i-tate,” a spinning & meditation session, with MVMNT owner & instructor, Jillian Bean.
